Last July 23, PNoy uttered the very controversial word “Planned Parenthood Bill (PP Bill) and no longer “Reproductive Health Bill (RH Bill) on his third State of the Nation Address (SONA). But is it really a planned parenthood that President Benigno Aquino III is in to? Or just another tag for the same RH Bill?
RH Bill, for all we know this house bill was introduced on many congresses in our country before, but unfortunately failed to be implemented because of the Catholic organization like the Catholic Bishops Conference of the Philippines (CBCP) that is unfavorably and against RH Bill, PNoy miserably failed to pass it on his constitution. But PNoy didn’t stop and continually pursuing this very disputed matter over and over again, until finally PNoy suddenly changed its name to “Planned Parenthood Bill.”
Whatever nametag it is, whether Planned Parenthood Bill or Reproductive Health Bill, still, it is about controlling the population. After what PNoy said on his SONA, it is a call for CBCP a war between them and PNoy.
CBCP whereas,is fighting for the moral characters on mind and heart of the Filipino people, saving innocent human lives by abortion and as well as the value of sacredness of human life. And favorably for what God had written on His scriptures.
On the other hand, President Aquino’s only intention is to minimize the population because of our economic problem status today. He is only preventing the problems that can cause by too much population. He is the only up to the future of this country. But how long he is willing to displease God’s words? How long does he can live in taking away the privilege to live innocent human lives? How long this controversy and argument between the CBCP and PNoy end? What chaos can happen in this neverending matter?
