Living a Life in Dignity

Would it be better to have a million dollar account or would it be better to have a happy and contented life? Some people are really rich but they are lonely, while others are poor but happy with their circle of friends and family.

Money, of course, is very important for human beings to lead a decent and satisfying life and defines the existence of human society as we cannot live without it. Money can buy lots of things but not happiness. It defines as life matters.

There are lots of ways to have money. You can earn it. You can inherit it from somebody. You can win a lottery. There are of course, those due to greed for more material wealth, resort to illegal means. They commit robberies, murders and cheat just to get ahead in life.

Money can improve the quality of life. For many people, money and what they can do with money,
is a measure of their identity and self-worth. They work hard regardless of thinking about their family, danger or anything as their way. Money has the power. That kind of power helps them reach their goals or give them the power to rule their world and dominate other people.

Happiness, on the other hand, defines as life spirit. It is the most desirable objective for everyone in life. If you are lucky enough to be alive, fortunate enough to have food, and contented for the love you received, then you are experiencing happiness which money can’t buy. Happiness is an emotion that is characterized by a feeling of absolute contentment and allows us to live a life of dignity.
